The OnlineSafetyPAL Affiliate Program
is a revenue sharing program that
allows you to earn money by placing
a link to our site, www.OnlineSafetyPAL.com
on your web page. You generate
new customers for us and, in turn,
we reward you by paying you
15% of the order’s net total (not
including the sales tax we charge
to California residents) for each
trial membership converted to a paying
subscription (either monthly or annual
plan) of OnlineSafetyPAL.

How does
OnlineSafetyPAL Affiliate Program work?
It's easy!
You just place links (banners or text
or a combination of both) to OnlineSafetyPAL
on your web site.After clicking on the tracking
link from your web site, the visitor
is taken to OnlineSafetyPAL.com where
they must register for a trial account
or purchase a subscription. When the
customer creates an account, by either
signing up for a trial or placing
an order, your Affiliate ID is recorded
and you get credit for the sale!
When
the visitor makes a purchase -- immediately,
or months later -- your affiliate
details are passed with the order.
This is tracked by our fully automated
affiliate system. You can login at
any time to check your latest sales
and the status of your payments.
It's so simple! As
an affiliate, you'll direct your customers
to OnlineSafetyPAL through links on
your site. When you join the OnlineSafetyPAL
affiliate program, you will be supplied
with a range of banners and textual
links that you place within your site. When
a user clicks on one of your links
to OnlineSafetyPAL, their activity
will be tracked by our affiliate software. If
that user makes a purchase on our
website, your account will be credited
with a sale (commission). We
pay on a regular monthly schedule.
We also make it easy for referrals
to subscribe to our service and for
you to earn a minimum of $9-per-member
referral fee for an annual plan. During
the FREE Trial period, the customer
has no commitments to continue with
the service; he/she can cancel at
anytime. And, of course, we take care
of all the fulfillment details and
technical support.

Can
anyone apply to the OnlineSafetyPAL
Affiliate Program?
Anyone with a website
can apply, whether you're an individual
with a personal web page or a large
commercial site. We'd like everyone
to promote OnlineSafetyPAL. However,
there are cases where we cannot
allow certain sites to participate
in our Affiliate Program. We will
evaluate your application in good
faith and will notify you of your
acceptance or rejection in our Affiliate
Program. We may reject your application
if we determine, at our sole discretion,
that your site is unsuitable for
our Affiliate Program.
Unsuitable sites include
those that:
Promote
sexually explicit material, violence,
illegal activities, or discrimination
based on race, sex, religion, national
origin, physical disability, sexual
orientation, or age.
Violate
intellectual property rights.
Are otherwise
incompatible with our business.
Are not
live. In order for us to accept you
as an Affiliate, we must be able to
view your web site.
Promote
use of bulk email, "spam",
or multi-level marketing (MLM).
Include
"OnlineSafetyPAL" or variations
or misspellings thereof in their domain
names.
If
we reject your application, you are
welcome to reapply to our Affiliate
Program at any time. You should also
note that if we accept your application
and your site is thereafter determined,
at our sole discretion, to be unsuitable
for the Affiliate Program, we may
terminate this Agreement.

Which payment

choose?
Affiliates can receive payments either
by Direct Deposit, check or wire transfer,

Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere
in the world. Also, customers that buy
from our site must have a valid Credit
Card. All commission payment checks

How do I
track and monitor the referrals credited
to my site?
There's nothing you need to do to
track the referrals other than use
your Affiliate ID in your links to
OnlineSafetyPAL. Once you are approved,
you'll receive a unique Affiliate
ID number that you'll need to include
in each link to our site. Your Affiliate
ID lets us know who to credit with
the sale.

How much
can I really earn?
Our
subscription plans are offered with
both annual and monthly payment plan
options, with prices ranging from
$6.25 - $213. As an OnlineSafetyPAL
affiliate, you earn 15% for
every sale you generate and 25% of
all sales commissions generated by
2nd tier affiliates! There is
no limit to the amount of commission
you can generate. Just direct people
to the URL we give you and we handle
the rest.
On top of that you will
have the opportunity to introduce
others to this affiliate program.
When they become an affiliate you
make an extra 25% on each and every
commission they make. There is no
limit to the amount of sub-affiliates
you can have.
We can’t tell you exactly
how much you will earn from our affiliate
program. This all depends on you,
but as an example:

When and
how do I get paid?
Once you join our
program, you'll be able to log into
your account at http://www.onlinesafetypal.com/affiliates/login.php
and go the area titled "Generate
Report." Here you can see how
much you've earned and even download
a file if desired. Earnings are automatically
sent out every month via check to
all Affiliates who have accumulated
at least $50 in their account. There
are no invoices to send and no data
to track—all payments are taken care
of by OnlineSafetyPAL. For those affiliates
earning over $600 in a year, 1099s
will be issued for tax reporting purposes.

If
someone doesn't buy anything, do I
still get credit if they place an
order when they go back to OnlineSafetyPAL
Online?
You will receive
credit for any order placed by a
customer who has visited your site
and clicked through to make a purchase
at OnlineSafetyPAL.com. This means
you always get credit for bringing
a customer to us even if they don't
purchase the first time they visit.

When
will my order show up in the report?
Sales are tracked as they occur and
stored in our database. You can view
activity reports for your account
by logging in to the Affiliate Reports
section of our web site. These reports
are current up to the day prior to
when you run the report. For example,
if you run the report on Tuesday,
the report will have data for transactions
up to that Monday.

Can
you guarantee that if a customer
clicks on my affiliate link/banner
and eventually places the order,
I will always get my commission?
OnlineSafetyPAL
uses several methods to ensure
that your information is secure.
Since
this program uses cookies,
it won't work if a customer
disables cookies in his
browser, or if he uses some
sort of cookie-washer software.
A customer
may place a phone or fax
order, or issue a Purchase
Order, in which case there
is no way to attribute this
sale to you.
A customer
may place an order with
one of our resellers, in
which case there is also
no way to attribute this
sale to you.
However,
the above facts shouldn't
discourage you, because
you would be credited for
a vast majority of the sales
referred by you.

Adding Links
How
do I create/add links to OnlineSafetyPAL.com?
Once you have joined the OnlineSafetyPAL
Affiliate Program, you will be able
to choose which links you would like
to use on your site. Just save the
banners you wish to use to your hard
drive and upload them to your site.
Then just copy and paste the URLs,
including your Affiliate ID, in your
web page. If you have any questions
or specific banner requests, e-mail
affiliatemanager@OnlineSafetyPAL.com. Once you sign up for our affiliate
program, you'll be provided with a
variety of banners, buttons, and text
links which you can add to your site.
You can log into your account at any
time to see a list of our available
banners. Once logged in, you'll now
see our information page. Select "Show
Links". Choose your desired link
and select "Get HTML." Copy
and paste the HTML code to your web
page. It's that easy!
