Gift Subscription Terms
Gift Subscriptions are one-time transferrable subscriptions.
Gift Subscriptions must be transferred within one (1) year after date of issue.
To transfer the Gift Subscription, the original purchaser ("Purchaser") shall provide the subscription recipient ("Recipient") with a special transfer code provided on the gift subscription. Upon registration and entry of the transfer code, the Gift Subscription will be transferred to Recipient and activated.
Gift Subscriptions that are not transferred and activated by Recipient within one (1) year after date of issue will, without further notice, activate on the day following the anniversary date of issue for the account of Purchaser. Upon activation, OnlineSafetyPAL will notify Purchaser at the e-mail address associated with Purchaser's registration at OnlineSafetyPAL.com and/or the billing address submitted with the Gift Subscription purchase. OnlineSafetyPAL is not responsible for fulfilling any Gift Subscription if not timely activated by the Recipient or if OnlineSafetyPAL is unable to reach the Purchaser using the e-mail address associated with Purchaser's registration at OnlineSafetyPAL.com and/or the billing address submitted with the Gift Subscription purchase. Purchaser must notify OnlineSafetyPAL of any contact information changes by updating Purchaser's personal information located at the "login section" section of the OnlineSafetyPAL website.
Gift Subscriptions are nonrefundable
Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
Gift Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other special or free offers.
During the Gift Subscription period, the subscriber (Recipient or Purchaser, as applicable) will not be charged as long as the subscriber is on the OnlineSafetyPAL Annual Subscription Program. The OnlineSafetyPAL Annual Subscription Program is an annual subscription cancelable at anytime. You need to click on “Cancel Membership” button for cancellation instructions. No refund or credits for remaining period.
Not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Subscriptions.
