If your cancellation request is within the 7-days Trial period, we will NOT charge your credit card.
This policy applies to all OnlineSafetyPAL products & services.
We DO NOT provide partial refunds.
No refunds will be made AFTER the 7-days Trial period.
 
How to Cancel (within the 7-days Free Trial period)
 
Go to OnlineSafetyPAL homepage at http://www.onlinesafetypal.com and click on Login.
Enter your Email Address and Password to login.
Once signed in to your OnlineSafetyPAL account, click Cancel Account (it is a sub-tab/link under the Account Admin tab appearing on the top of the page).
Verify your intention to cancel the account and click SUBMIT.
 

These steps will insure that you will not be charged for OnlineSafetyPAL. Please make sure that you are canceling within the 7-days Free Trial period.
