  Signing In to OnlineSafetyPAL  
 
  For your protection, you must sign in to use OnlineSafetyPAL.
To sign in:
1.
On the Login page, type your login email address in Email Address field. This email address is what you used to sign up for OnlineSafetyPAL service.
2.
In Password, type your password.
3.
Click Login.
 
  
 
  What Should I Do If I Forget My Password?  
 
  If you forget your password, you must request password retrieval. For security reasons, we cannot tell you what your Login Email Address is. If you have forgotten your password, we'll be happy to remind you of your password at any time.
To retrieve forgotten password:
1.
Please go to the Login area of the OnlineSafetyPAL.
2.
Enter your Login Email Address in the Forgot Password? form.
3.
Click SUBMIT.
We will send your password in plain text via email.
 
Remember: Your own email address is the key to your OnlineSafetyPAL account - it is unique to you. You can also click here to go to “Forgot Password?”.
 
  
 
  I Want to Change My Password. What Do I Do?  
 
  You can change your password at any time after you sign in.
To change your password:
1.
First Sign in with your current Login Email Address and Password.
2.
Click Change Password.
3.
In Current Password, type your current password. You must type your current password before you can change it to a new one.
4. In New Password, type the new password you would like to use. Note: The password must be between eight and sixteen characters (letters or numbers, no spaces). Try to pick a password that no one else can guess. We recommend a combination of letters and numbers for security reasons.
5. In Re-type New Password, type your new password again to verify it.
6. When you are finished, click SUBMIT. If you change your mind, click CANCEL.
   
Use your new password the next time you sign in to OnlineSafetyPAL account.
 
Tip: Write down your password and keep it in a secure place - you will need to enter it the next time you log on to OnlineSafetyPAL's secure Web site.
 
  
 
  I Want to Change My Login Email Address. What Do I Do?  
 
  You can change your Login Email Address at any time by logging in to the OnlineSafetyPAL account. Once you have signed in, simply click on Change Login Email to follow simple instructions to change your login email address. If you change your Login Email Address, the new information is effective on the next login. Use your new Login Email Address the next time you sign in to OnlineSafetyPAL account.
Note: You must have access to your current login email address as a verification email with an activation link is sent to it before the new login email address is activated.
To change your Login Email Address:
1.
First Sign in with your current Login Email Address and Password.
2.
Click Change Login Email.
3.
Type in Your NEW Login Email Address.
4. In Re-enter your NEW Login Email Address type your new Login Email Address again to verify it.
5. When you are finished, click SUBMIT. An email with an activation link will be sent to your current Login Email Address.
Note: You must have access to your current Login Email Address, before you can change it to a new one.
6. After you receive the activation link at your current login email address, click on it and you’ll be taken to OnlineSafetyPAL confirmation page. That’s it!
   
Use your new Login Email Address, the next time you login to your OnlineSafetyPAL account.
 
 
  
 
  How Do I Sign Out of OnlineSafetyPAL?  
 
  When you are finished accessing the recorded data and viewing the reports in your OnlineSafetyPAL account, click the Logout button at the top right of the page.
